1. Child-placing agency 能否翻译成儿童安置机构，尤其是placing的翻法
2．Legal or physical custody 能否翻译成法律或人身监护权
3．Custody, visitation and communication of the adoptee 监护权，探视权，通信权，communication 应该翻成什么权利 ？
4．Waive notice of any proceeding for adoption 放弃任何收养诉讼通知，notice应该怎么翻？
5．Witness my hand and seal this 可以翻成本人亲笔签名并盖章作证？
6．My commission expires…….本人职务于。。。。到期 ，commission在这里的意思是职务吗 ？
问题5和6里面的我应该是个相当于公证人的角色。这些都和收养有关
